Tkaczuk Not Returning to Rangers for 2016-17 Season

July 23, 2016 - The Kitchener Rangers announced today that Dan Tkaczuk will not be returning as the Associate Coach. The St. Louis Blues were granted permission to talk to Dan and he has accepted a position within their organization for next season. July 18, 2016 - The Kitchener Rangers announced today that forward Cedric Schiemenz has committed to an Ontario Hockey League standard player agreement with the club. Schiemenz was the team's first round pick (47th overall) in the 2016 CHL Import Draft. Ten Rangers Participating in NHL Development Camps

July 6, 2016 - The Kitchener Rangers have a total of ten returning/recently graduated players selected to participate in NHL prospect and development camps this offseason. Adam Mascherin, Connor Hall and Connor Bunnaman (all selected in the 2016 NHL Draft last month) were invited to attend camp with the Florida Panthers, Pittsburgh Penguins and Philadelphia Flyers, respectively. Rangers Make Two Selections in CHL Import Draft

June 28, 2016 - The Kitchener Rangers made two selections in the 2016 CHL Import Draft on Tuesday. In Round 1 with the 50th overall pick, the Rangers selected German centre Cedric Schiemenz of EC Red Bull Salzburg U-18. It was the 47th selection made on the day, following passes by other CHL member teams.
