Stars Triumph over Rampage in Shootout, 3-2

January 14, 2017 - TACOMA, Wash. -- Forward Joey Gjertsen collected two shootout goals, including the game-winner, in the Tacoma Stars (8-3) 3-2 victory over the Cedar Rapids Rampage (8-4) on Friday night at the ShoWare Center. Tied 2-2 after regulation and an overtime period, the Stars and Rampage were sent to a three-round shootout to determine a winner. Tacoma Puts Perfect Home Record on the Line against Cedar Rapids

January 11, 2017 - TACOMA, Wash. -- The Tacoma Stars (7-3) are set to host the Cedar Rapids Rampage (8-3) in an inter-conference matchup at the ShoWare Center this Friday, Jan. 13. Friday night's matchup will be just the second ever meeting between the two club's, following the Stars 7-5 victory over the Rampage at home in January of last season.
