Regina Pats Wrap Up Day 1 Of Training Camp

August 28, 2016 - Regina, Saskatchewan - The Regina Pats opened the 2016 training camp on Saturday. The day featured practices and scrimmages for the over 70 players in camp. "I think any first day you see a lot of positives, you believe you see a lot of positives," said Pats Head Coach and GM John Paddock. Lancers Release 2016-17 Preseason Roster

August 26, 2016 - Ralston, NE - The Omaha Lancers released their preseason roster on Friday, inviting 29 players to training camp for the 2016-17 season. The roster includes 17 forwards, ten defensemen, and two goaltenders. Seven players return from last year including forward Brannon McManus who finished 2015-16 campaign third in scoring with 39 points (17 g, 22a). Nailers Re-Sign Andrew Ammon

August 26, 2016 - WHEELING, WV- The Wheeling Nailers, proud ECHL affiliate of the Pittsburgh Penguins, are excited to announce their ninth player signing of the 2016 offseason. Wheeling has re-signed forward Andrew Ammon to an ECHL contract. Ammon, 26, started last season as a member of the Reading Royals for six games, before the Nailers signed him to a new contract in the middle of February.
