February 23, 2017 - RAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The Grand Rapids Griffins on Wednesday assigned goaltender Cal Heeter to the ECHL's Toledo Walleye. Heeter owns a 9-2-0 record in 11 games with the Griffins this season. If he met the AHL's minutes requirement, Heeter's 2.08 GAA would place second and his 0.934 save percentage would tie for the league lead. February 23, 2017 - GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The Detroit Red Wings have assigned goaltender Jared Coreau to the Grand Rapids Griffins for conditioning. Coreau, 25, shows a 5-3-3 record to go along with a 3.27 goals against average, a 0.893 save percentage and two shutouts in 13 games with the Red Wings this season.
