August 7, 2016 - EDENTON, NC - The Edenton Steamers outscored the Fayetteville SwampDogs 23-9 as they took both ends of a doubleheader on Saturday night. Edenton (16-10, 28-26) blasted eight homeruns in the twin bill, while Fayetteville (8-17, 18-34) struck out a total of 18 times. Ben Woodard collected the win for the Teal and Black in game one. August 6, 2016 - HAMPTON, VA - The Edenton Steamers dropped their final meeting with the Peninsula Pilots, 5-2, on Friday night. Edenton (14-10, 26-26) connected for just three hits as Peninsula (18-8, 37-16) picked up its ninth straight victory. Eric Scheuermann took the loss for the Teal and Black.
