Allison, Burns Land on PL Top Prospect List

August 30, 2016 - Baseball America has released its list of the Prospect League's Top Prospects for the 2016 season and two Chillicothe Paints made the cut: pitchers Tanner Allison and Brendan Burns. Allison, a left-handed pitcher from Western Michigan University, made the list for the second-straight summer, he was named the league's top prospect last season. Lackner & Forestell Named Post Season All-Stars

August 17, 2016 - CHILLICOTHE, Ohio - The Prospect League released its Post Season All-Stars and Awards Wednesday and two Chillicothe Paints made the cut. Jesse Forestell (Western Michigan University) was named to the East Division team at catcher and Jamie Lackner (College of Wooster) made the list as a designated hitter. Butler BlueSox Take out Chillicothe

July 31, 2016 - Kristian Webb collected three hits, sparking the Butler BlueSox (24-29) to an 8-3 victory over the Chillicothe Paints (23-31) on Saturday at VA Memorial Stadium. He singled in the second and fourth innings and doubled in the eighth inning. Bradley Boss was hot from the plate for the Chillicothe Paints. Boss went 3-4, drove in one and scored one run.
