April 4, 2004 - LAKELAND, Fla. – As the final curtain fell on the 2003-2004 season, the Lakeland Loggerheads exited the stage with their heads held high. Powered by a pair of hat tricks from Joe Seroski and Chris Cerrella, the Loggerheads hammered the Miami Manatees by a final count of 11-6. Team Captain Rob Schweyer and Mark Loza each added a pair and Chris Affinaiti notched his first goal of the season for Lakeland. March 21, 2004 - LAKELAND, Fla. – Down 1-0 on a goal by Macon’s Luke Murphy, Rob Schweyer and Joe Seroski scored less than a minute apart to give the Loggerheads a one-goal lead. Unfortunately, that would be the last time Lakeland would lead in the game as the Trax scored five unanswered goals, including two empty netters, en route to the 6-2 victory. March 18, 2004 - LAKELAND, Fla. – On the strength of their highest goal total of the year, the Lakeland Loggerheads cruised past the Miami Manatees by the score of 10-7. Chris Cerrella capped off a six-point night with 3 goals and three assists and Joe Seroski finished the night with five points on 2 goals and three helpers. March 8, 2004 - LAKELAND, Fla. – With a Loggerheads player in the penalty box for tripping, shorthanded 4 on 3, and less than a minute left in overtime, Macon’s David Deeves broke in on Lakeland goaltender Carl Poissant on a controversial offsides non-call and scored giving the Trax the 6-5 OT victory. Curtis Sayler gave the Loggerheads the lead midway through the first period with an even strength goal assisted by Jeff Glowa and Bobby Clouston.
