May 18, 2013 - HANNIBAL, MISSOURI - The Hannibal Cavemen added several more players to their 2013 roster, including two more 2012 Prospect League All-Star Game starters, Jake Mangler and J. Golden. Sliders Roster Nearly Set

May 17, 2013 - From Southern Vermont University the Sliders signed Erik Johansen, a lefthanded pitcher in his freshman year. Johansen made seven appearances for Southern Vermont this season managing a solid 38.2 innings of work. Erik would go 2-4 on the season with a 5.82 ERA while striking out 26 batters.
