Youds Sent Back to Toledo

Rockford, Ill.-The American Hockey League's Rockford IceHogs have loaned defenseman Ben Youds to the ECHL's Toledo Walleye.

The 24-year-old defenseman has skated in 23 games with Rockford, recording 1g-8a-9pts. Youds has also appeared in 43 regular season games with the Walleye, notching 7g-27a-34pts while getting named to the ECHL All-Star game.

Youds has appeared in two Kelly Cup Playoff games with Toledo, marking an assist. The Walleye play game five of their first round playoff series on Saturday against the Cincinnati Cyclones.
