Wynne gets U.S MNT training camp invite

Toronto FC announced that defender Marvell Wynne has been called into the U.S MNT training camp by head coach Bob Bradley. Players will depart for camp in Los Angeles at the Home Depot Center on January 29, with the camp running till February 7. The 20 players will gather to prepare for their FIFA 2010 World Cup Qualifier on February 11 in Columbus, Ohio against Mexico. Players not selected to the final roster for the match will be released on February 7 and return to their domestic club.
Wynne has been training with the U.S. squad since early January and was involved in the full 90 minutes on Saturday, January 24 when the Americans defeated Sweden 3-2 in a friendly at the Home Depot Center. This camp is made up almost entirely of players who participated in the previous camp from January 4-24.
Wynne will be looking to keep his place in the team and earn his 3rd cap if he is called in to face Mexico.
