LEADING OFF: West Virginia demolished Delmarva 12-1 in game two of the four game series Friday night. The Power scored all of their runs in the first three innings, starting in the first when they plated a run on an RBI groundout by Logan Hill. West Virginia expanded the lead with a four run second, highlighted by a bases clearing double by Mitchell Tolman. The club put the game out of reach in a seven-run, thirteen batter third. After a leadoff single by Logan Hill and Carlos Munoz fly out, the Power recorded eight consecutive hits, one of which was a three-run home run by John Bormann. Mitch Keller and Taylor Hearn combined to shutout the 'Birds over the next eight innings and struck out 14. Delmarva scored their lone run in the ninth, as the Power coasted to the 12-1 win.

SAME AS IT EVER WAS: The Delmarva Shorebirds and West Virginia Power play their final series of the season with a four-game set which began Thursday night. The two clubs have met 14 times this season and after the current series will have played 12 of 18 games against each other.

AGRAZAL AGAIN AND AGAIN: Dario Agrazal is slated to make his third start of the season against Delmarva on Saturday night. The right-hander is 1-0 through his first couple starts against the club, and has allowed ten runs on 16 hits across nine innings in both starts combined. Agrazal allowed five runs in five innings in his last start at Delmarva on Sunday.

DEJA DOZEN: Friday night's game marked the second time in the last six days the Power scored 12 runs against Delmarva and charged eight runs to the tally of pitcher Jhon Peluffo. The Power also knocked off the 'Birds 12-7 on Sunday night at Delmarva in their road trip finale. The 12 runs match a second half season-high for West Virginia and the eleven-run win Friday was their second-highest margin of victory this season.

K'S FOR DAYS: Mitch Keller, Taylor Hearn and Seth McGarry combined to strike out a season-high 16 Shorebirds during Friday night's win. Keller and Hearn each punched out 7 while McGarry fanned a pair in the ninth. West Virginia now has recorded 913 strikeouts this year, tenth highest in the South Atlantic League.

RYAN IS FLYIN: Ryan Nagle became the ninth Power player this season to record at least four hits in a game after finishing 4-5 Friday night. The outfielder is now batting .467 (7-15) over his last five games, a stretch that includes a three-run walk-off home run Wednesday night to beat Greensboro.

DID YOU CATCH THIS? Following the retirement of Eric Lunde, Power starting catcher Christian Kelley was called up to the Bradenton Marauders on Wednesday, and as a result West Virginia added catcher Raul Hernandez to the roster. The Maturin, Venezuela native played one games with Bradenton before being sent to West Virginia, though he spent the majority of the season with the GCL Pirates where he hit .215 with three home runs and 16 RBI.

POWER POINTS: The win Wednesday was the Power's first this year when trailing after eight innings, bringing their record to 1-43 in those spots...Mitch Keller was voted the best pitcher and pitcher with the best control in the South Atlantic League by managers and coaches in the league in a recent poll conducted by Baseball America... The Power are 56-15 when they score three runs or more and 4-42 when they plate two or less.

AROUND THE ORGANIZATION: Pittsburgh knocked off the Dodgers 5-1. Andrew McCutchen hit his 16th home run back of Ivan Nova who allowed one run in five and a third for his second win as a Pirate... Indianapolis shutout Lehigh Valley 6-0. Frank Duncan tossed eight shutout innings for his ninth win... Altoona knocked off Reading 7-2. Clay Holmes picked up his tenth win after allowing one run in six frames... Bradenton toppled St. Lucie 7-4. J.T. Brubaker earned his second win as a Marauder by throwing six innings of two run ball... The Black Bears fell to Brooklyn 12-1
