Worcester Sharks Loan Michael Wilson To Phoenix

WORCESTER - Worcester Sharks General Manager Wayne Thomas announced today that the club has loaned rookie defenseman Michael Wilson to the Phoenix Road Runners of the ECHL

Wilson skated in five games this season with the Worcester Sharks recording a goal and an assist along with two penalty minutes.

The 6-foot-1, 165 pound rookie defenseman from North Vancouver, British Columbia played in 169 games over the last three seasons for the Swift Current Broncos (WHL) recording 19 goals along with78 assists.

The Sharks will travel to Hartford (Friday, Oct. 31st), and return home for two more games against Manchester (Saturday, Nov. 1st) and Portland (Wednesday, Nov. 5th) at the DCU Center.
