Worcester Sharks loan goaltender Kyle Jones to Phoenix

WORCESTER - Worcester Sharks General Manager Wayne Thomas announced today that the club has loaned goaltender Kyle Jones to Phoenix in the ECHL.

The 25-year-old rookie played in three games with the Worcester Sharks this season recording a 1-1-0 record with a 5.20gaa and a .756 save percentage.

The 6-foot, 195-pound North Delta, British Columbia native spent the last four seasons with St. Norbert (NCAA) becoming the winningest goaltender in Division 3 history with an 87-10-8 record along with 25 shutouts.

The Sharks will travel to Springfield on Sunday, Nov. 16th for a 4:00p.m. start when they will square off against the Falcons. Worcester will return to the DCU Center for Wednesday, Nov. 19 and host the Norfolk Admirals on $1 Dog Wednesdays.
