--- The Wolves used a 20-save shutout performance from netminder MICHAEL GARNETT and four power-play goals to best the San Antonio Rampage, 4-0, at the Allstate Arena
--- Defenseman MARK POPOVIC collected three points (G, 2A), while forwards KIP MILLER (G, A) and RAMZI ABID (2A) also added multiple points

Fri., March 24 (at) Chicago 4, Houston 2
--- The Wolves earned their third straight victory with a 4-2 win against the Houston Aeros at the Allstate Arena
--- Right wing PAT DWYER notched two goals, including the game-winner late in the second period
--- Goaltender MICHAEL GARNETT registered 32 saves on 34 shots

Wed., March 22 (at) Chicago 5, San Antonio 2
--- The Wolves snapped a 2-2 tie late in the first period and never looked back as they knocked off the San Antonio Rampage, 5-2, at the Allstate Arena
--- Five different Wolves found the back of the net, including left wing BRIAN MALONEY and defenseman MARK POPOVIC, who each collected a goal and an assist
--- Netminder MICHAEL GARNETT turned aside 25 of 27 shots

--- MICHAEL GARNETT: Currently on a four-game winning streak, the longest by a Wolves netminder this season ... Turned aside all 20 shots he faced on Saturday to earn his second career AHL shutout ... Held opponents to six goals in his last four starts, notching a .944 save percentage (102 saves on 108 shots) during that span ... Accrued a 9-11-4 record with a 3.75 goals-against average in 28 appearances with Chicago this season

--- BILLY TIBBETTS: Notched an assist on Saturday to extend his point streak to 10 games, which matches a team season-high ... Dished out an assist in six straight games, which is the longest current streak in the AHL ... Ranks third on the Wolves with an AHL career-best 19 goals and sixth with 37 points - one shy of matching an AHL career-most - in 40 tilts ... Paces the squad with 184 penalty minutes, a franchise-high by a right wing

--- SCOTT BARNEY: Notched six goals in his last seven outings, including a marker in each of his last two ... Shares the team-lead and 12th in the AHL with 15 power-play tallies ... Ranks second on the squad with a career-high 26 goals and shares fourth with a career-most 39 points in 43 contests

--- PAT DWYER: Matched a season-high two goals and two points on Friday, which includes the game-winning tally ... Accrued nine points (3G, 6A) in his last 10 tilts, including a season-high six-game point streak from March 7 to 17 ... Registered 16 goals this season, one shy of matching a franchise record for markers by a rookie set in 1994-95 ... Shares the team-lead with a +14 plus/minus rating and fourth with 39 points in 63 games

--- JUSTIN MORRISON: Notched seven goals in his last nine contests, including a power-play marker on Saturday ... Shares fourth on the Wolves with 18 goals in 48 games, which matches an AHL career-high ... Accrued 32 points this season, four shy of matching an AHL career-best, and 15 more than he collected in 71 games with Manitoba last season

WOLF TRACKS

--- The Wolves are currently on a season-high four-game winning streak; the squad is eight points behind the fourth and final playoff spot in the West Division, held by Omaha.

--- Saturday's victory marked the first time this season the Wolves held their rivals to two or fewer goals in four straight games.

--- Goaltender MICHAEL GARNETT's shutout on Saturday was Chicago's second of the season and 63rd all-time.

--- A win on Wednesday against the San Antonio Rampage would put Chicago (29-30-3-8) at the .500 mark for the first time since Jan. 20.

Number of regular-season wins head coach JOHN ANDERSON has collected with the Wolves. ANDERSON has been at the helm for all three of Chicago's championships: the 1998 and 2000 Turner Cups and the 2002 Calder Cup.

NOTABLE

The Molly Education Center will present a check to the Village of Rosemont before the Wolves take on the Iowa Stars at the Allstate Arena on Sat., April 8, at 7 p.m. Students Allisa Weinman, Stephanie Michael and Jose Colon raised $1,700 for police dog bulletproof vests and will present the money to the Rosemont Police Department prior to the contest.
