Wolves Choose Jerseys For The Fans

The Chicago Wolves will sport commemorative "Choose Wolves in Œ08" jerseys, available for fans to purchase or win, at home games on Wed., Jan. 16; Sat., Jan. 19; and Sun., Jan. 20.
These one-of-a-kind, red, white and blue jerseys, designed in-house by the Wolves, will be auctioned and raffled to benefit various Chicago-area charities as part of the team's ongoing "Choose Wolves in Œ08 - Hockey for the Fans" campaign.
"We had a great response when the team wore patriotic jerseys a few years ago and wanted to create something along the same lines this year," said Wolves Vice President of Operations Courtney Mahoney. "We're excited to be able to once again provide our fans with something we know they enjoy, and that epitomizes our brand of ÂŒHockey for the Fans."
All but four players' jerseys will be available during a silent auction, which will take place in the East Lobby of the Allstate Arena when doors open for the game on Jan. 16, through the end of the second intermission on Jan. 20. The jerseys of four players, selected exclusively by fan voting on chicagowolves.com, will be raffled at the end of the game on Jan. 20. Fans can purchase a $5 raffle ticket for the chance to win one of the select jerseys.
