Kearney, Neb. - The Tri-City Storm will host a 2017 USHL Draft Party for season ticket holders on Thursday, May 4 at 7 p.m. The event gives fans a chance to win raffle prizes and hear about the Storm's 2017 Draft selections from Tri-City coaches. Free food will be served and the Storm will have craft beer sampling and a wine tasting. Phase I of the USHL Draft is Monday, May 1 and Phase II is Tuesday, May 2. Preregistration for the event is encouraged and at stormhockey.com/sthevent.
Tri-City will raffle off three big prizes: a vacation for two to Las Vegas with hotel and plane tickets, a trip to the College World Series with a hotel stay and game tickets, plus four free tickets (with parking passes) to a Kansas City Royals game. Fans can renew or buy season tickets at the event.
During the party, the Storm will have pictures and videos of some of the 2017 draft picks. Tri-City will also unveil some of its top promotions for the 2017-18 season.
