The Jackals are looking for your help to continue improving on what was a great 2016 Season! Please spend 5-7 minutes completing this survey so that we may better understand you, the fans, and serve your needs better!
Each fan that participates and fully answers each question will be entered into our 2017 On-Field Experience Contest. One random winner will receive four (4) box seats to a 2017 home game and receive a special on-field meet & greet with the team before the game. In addition, the lucky winner will also get the opportunity to throw out the ceremonial first pitch!
