Wilmington Blue Rocks Game on Thursday April 28, 2016 Postponed
April 28, 2016 - Carolina League (CarL1)
Wilmington Blue Rocks News Release
Zebulon, N.C.- The game on Thursday night between the Wilmington Blue Rocks (6-14) and the Carolina Mudcats (9-11) has been postponed due to rain. The two teams will make up the game as part of a doubleheader on June 18. The Blue Rocks are currently in the midst of a season long seven game losing streak and sit in fourth place in the Northern Division of the Carolina League.
The probable starter for Wednesday night's game was LHP Colin Rodgers (1-1, 3.52), but a starter has not been made official for Friday night. The Rocks stay on the road and go to Potomac where they took two of the three games against the Nationals earlier in the month. The P-Nats will toss RHP Luis Reyes (1-2, 5.17).
