Whitecaps FC Partner with Westside Youth Soccer

VANCOUVER, BC - Vancouver Whitecaps FC announced on Friday a partnership with the Westside Youth Soccer Association (WYSA) to provide technical services to the club."We're thrilled to be partnering with WYSA," said Whitecaps FC director of soccer development Dan Lenarduzzi. "We are very proud to have played a big role in the growth of player development in the Okanagan, and we're very excited for that to continue."
These services will be overseen by Whitecaps FC Okanagan head coach David Broadhurst, who will manage technical programs and coach development. Broadhurst has headed the Whitecaps FC Okanagan Academy since its inception in 2012. The native of Derby, England is a UEFA A License coach and has helped raise the level of play for local youth in the Okanagan.
As part of the partnership with Whitecaps FC, Broadhurst will develop age appropriate technical programs that will benefit all WYSA players and coaches.
