July 17, 2007 - Pacific Coast League (PCL1)
Fresno Grizzlies News Release

Fresno, CA- As the summer temperatures in Fresno continue to soar, the Grizzlies have found a way to cool fans down with a promotion that is sure to beat the heat. The World's Biggest Water Fight is planned for Saturday, July 21st following the Grizzlies game against the Colorado Springs Sky Sox.

All kids 12 and under will be invited onto the field and the first 1,200 kids will be given a free water gun. The Grizzlies will also turn on the outfield sprinklers for the kids to run through, and to top it off, the Holiday Pools Squirt Buggy, manned by Parker, and will be roaming the warning track and dousing kids with its high powered water squirt gun.

Saturday also marks one of the most anticipated promotions of the year as the Educational Employees Credit Union presents a Parker Coin Bank giveaway. The first 2,500 fans through the gates will receive the Parker Coin Bank (see attached photo) and to get into the spirit of using the coin banks, the Grizzlies will be hosting a Coin Drive on Saturday benefiting the Junior Grizzlies. All fans donating coins to the junior Grizzlies, a non-competitive baseball league for kids with mental and physical disabilities, will receive a free ticket to a future Grizzlies game.

The Grizzlies full promotional schedule is available at www.fresnogrizzlies.com. Tickets for all home games are on sale now at the Chukchansi Park ticket office, over the phone at 559-320-TIXS or online at fresnogrizzlies.com.
