Werner Park Gameday Staff Job Fair Set for February 15th

OMAHA, Neb. - The Omaha Storm Chasers and Spectra Food Services & Hospitality will hold their annual Job Fair on February 15th, searching for qualified candidates to work part-time at Werner Park during the 2016 season. The Job Fair will take place at Werner Park from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. as part of the Storm Chasers' "Four Day Frenzy".

The Storm Chasers will be hiring in several key areas for the Gameday staff, and interested members in the community have the opportunity for face-to-face interviews, or to be contacted for interviews in the near future. Applicants must be 16 years old or higher, and can apply for positions, including:

- Ushers

- Ticket Takers

- Amusements

- Bat Boys

- Parking Attendants

- Production

- Mascots

- Spectra Concessions

- Spectra Catering

Applicants are encouraged to print and fill it out off an employment application prior to the Job Fair (found here: http://atmilb.com/1E3bHeT) to expedite the interview process, but applications will also be made available the day of the Job Fair. Candidates will be allowed to apply for multiple positions and can enter Werner Park through the Storm Front Team Store.

As part of the buildup to Royals pitchers and catchers reporting to Spring Training on February 19th, the Storm Chasers front office will be having a Spring Training of their own. The office will be open for 84 consecutive hours over a four-day period from February 15-18, with at least three staff members working at Werner Park at any point over that time. Fans are invited to come out to Werner Park and partake in a number of fun activities and promotions as part of Four Day Frenzy, with more details to be announced in the very near future.

The Omaha Storm Chasers are the Triple-A Affiliate of the 2015 World Series Champion Kansas City Royals and play at Werner Park in Papillion, Sarpy County, Nebraska.
