Wednesday, May 11 - Penguins 3 at Hershey 5
The Penguins erased a 3-0 deficit, tying the score 3-3 with goals from Tom Kostopoulos, Josh Archibald, and Tom Sestito. However, the Bears were able to strike twice more in the third to win 5-3 and jump ahead in the series, 3-2.
Friday, May 13 - Penguins 6 vs. Hershey 2
The Penguins had their backs up against the wall, but made quick work of Hershey, erupting for four goals in the first period. By the end of the game, six different Penguins scored, including Kostopoulos, who recorded five points (1G-4A) on the night, tying the franchise record for points in a single playoff game.
Sunday, May 15 - Penguins 2 at Hershey 3 (OT)
With the season on the line for both teams, the Penguins responded to the Bears taking the lead twice, tying the score at 2-2 and taking Game 7 into overtime. Matthias Plachta potted his first career Calder Cup Playoff goal, and Kael Mouillierat scored Wilkes-Barre/Scranton's other goal in the contest. However, Hershey came out on top with Travis Boyd's first goal of the series coming 10:57 into extra time, bringing the Penguins' season to an abrupt end.

- Including regular season and playoffs, the last 24 games between Wilkes-Barre/Scranton and Hershey have been won by the team that scores first.
- Jake Guentzel concludes this year's playoff run atop all players in the Calder Cup Playoffs in scoring with 14 points (5G-9A).
- The Penguins wrap up the playoffs with three players in the top four in scoring: Guentzel (1st 14pts), Tom Kostopoulos (T-3rd 12pts), and Carter Rowney (T-3rd 12pts).
- With his Game 6 performance, Tom Kostopoulos became the first forward in Wilkes-Barre/Scranton history to post five points in a playoff game.
- Guentzel, Kostopoulos, and Daniel Sprong led the Penguins with five goals each in the postseason.
- Casey DeSmith is second in the playoffs with saves (270), behind Bears' goaltender Justin Peters (308).
- Dustin Jeffrey's two assists on Sunday marked the second two-point showing in a Game 7 in his career. Jeffrey had two goals in a Game 7 for the Texas Stars in 2014.
- Wilkes-Barre/Scranton is now 2-1 all-time in playoff games on Friday the 13th.
