ICE CHIPS: The KOOTENAY ICE enter this week's action with a 3-11-4-1 record (2-4-3-0 at home, 1-7-1-1 on the road, 1-4 in overtime, 0-1 in shootouts) and in sixth place in the CENTRAL DIVISION...The ICE will play six of the next eight games on home ice beginning November 15 against MEDICINE HAT.

ROSTER UPDATE: KOOTENAY is carrying 22 players (two goaltenders, seven defensemen and 13 forwards)...The ICE roster is made up of three 1996-born players, three 1997-born players, eight 1998-born players, five 1999-born players, and three 2000-born players...KOOTENAY has nine first-year players on its roster.

TRANSACTION / INJURIES: The ICE and Forward DYLAN STEWART (May 8, 1997) mutually agreed to part ways November 14Forward KAEDEN TAPHORN will be out of the KOOTENAY lineup for three weeks with an upper body injuryForward SHANE ALLAN will be out of the ICE lineup indefinitely with a lower body injury.
ONE YEAR AGO: After 19 games of the 2015-16 season the ICE were 4-13-2-0, after 20 games 4-14-2-0 and after 21 games 4-15-2-0.
