The Indoor Football League (IFL) is proud to announce the Vidswap.com Players of the Week for Week 6 of the 2017 IFL season.

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Mike Tatum (WR, Sioux Falls Storm)

The Sioux Falls Storm disassembled the Wichita Falls Nighthawks in Week 6, defeating the previously unbeaten team 55-21. The Storm remain the only undefeated team in the IFL in part to WR Mike Tatum's prolific scoring. Tatum (5'10, Oxnard College), scored four touchdowns on the day with three coming through the air and one coming on the ground. His 24 points scored tied the IFL lead for most in a game this season. Tatum bookended a successful game for the Storm has he scored both the first and last touch- downs of the night for Sioux Falls. Tatum finished the game leading the team with eight receptions for 87 yards and three touchdowns. He also rushed one time for eight yards and a touchdown. The Sioux Falls Storm enjoy a bye week in Week 7 before traveling to face the Cedar Rapids Titans on April 8.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: John Hardy-Tuliau (DB, Spokane Empire)

The Spokane Empire won their third game in a row as they took down the Salt Lake Screaming Eagles 53-36 in Week 6 action. DB John Hardy-Tuliau (6'0, University of Hawaii) made plays all over the field to help the Empire. Hardy-Tuliau made one of the rarest plays in football as early in the third quarter he returned a blocked extra point 48 yards to give the Empire two extra points. He then continued that astounding play throughout the game as he led the team in with nine tackles, one interception, a pass

breakup. Hardy-Tuliau effectively sealed the victory for the Empire as his late game in- terception ended the Screaming Eagles last drive of the game. The Empire host the Ne- braska Danger in Week 7.

Honorable Mention: J'Vontez Blackmon (DB, Sioux Falls Storm), Demetruce McNeal (DB, Nebraska Danger), Eze Obiora (DL, Nebraska Danger), Jourdan Wickliffe (DB, Cedar Rapids Titans)

SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Josh Gable (K, Nebraska Danger)

The Nebraska Danger defeated the Colorado Crush 55-23 in Week 6 ending their two game slide. Kicker Josh Gable put in one of the most consistent performances of the sea- son as he was a perfect 9 of 9 on his kicking attempts during the game. Gable converted a perfect seven of seven PAT attempts while also converting a perfect two of two field goal attempts. In total Gable accounted for 13 total points to the Danger's tally. The Nebraska Danger travel to face the Spokane Empire in Week 7.
