Tyler Murray Returns to Miracles

October 22, 2015 - National Basketball League of Canada (NBL Canada)
Moncton Miracles News Release

The Miracles are pleased to announce the signing of returning Miracles player Tyler Murray.

Murray, a 6-foot-5 guard, played for the Miracles in their 2014-15 season. He averaged 9.7 points per game, 3.4 rebounds per game, and 3.4 assists per game. Murray was one of four Canadians on last year's roster. He previously played for the National Basketball League of Canada champion London Lightning (2013) as well as Mississauga Power.

"Having a player like Tyler come back to us is a big deal," said Coach Serge Langis. "Not many players can help their team from three different positions like Tyler can. He's a true professional on and off the court. He's a character guy to have around and I am very much looking forward to working with him again this coming season."

"I'm very excited to be returning to the Miracles for another season," said Murray. "I look forward to getting on the court with my teammates to compete for a championship."

Murray says he's also anticipating the presence of the Moncton fans. "Moncton's fans and booster club are truly some of the greatest at supporting their team both in and outside of the game."

You can catch Tyler Murray in action at our home opener on December 27, 2015.
