Christmas Turns Ugly: The Oilers will be wearing special ugly Christmas sweater jerseys for home games on Thursday, December 26 and Friday, December 27. The jerseys will be auctioned off at the ONEOK Club immediately following Friday's game. All Oilers fans are encouraged to join in the fun by wearing their favorite ugly Christmas sweater to the BOK Center.

Week In Review: The Oilers went 1-1 in the first two games of their holiday home stand with a 5-2 win over Quad City on Friday and a 3-2 loss to Missouri on Saturday. In their second meeting of the season against the Mallards, rookie forward Adam Pleskach stole the show for the Oilers by scoring three goals and recording his second hat-trick of the season. Goalie Shane Madolora stopped 23 shots and the Oilers successfully eliminated all seven of the Mallards power play opportunities. After falling behind 2-0 to the Mavericks on Saturday, Tulsa climbed back in the contest with goals from Ryan Cramer and Kyle Bochek. Missouri defenseman Dave Pszenyczny broke the deadlock with a breakaway goal late in the third period to give the Mavs a narrow victory.

Where They Stand: Despite dropping three of their last four games, the Oilers remain in sole possession of third place in the CHL standings with 32 points. Tulsa continues to lead the league with 29 games played and 103 goals scored.

Packing The House: The Oilers welcomed 7,846 fans into the BOK Center on Friday night, the largest crowd in the CHL this season. It was the second time this year the Oilers have entertained over seven-thousand fans after 7,667 attended the home opener on October 26 against Allen

Red-Hot Rookie: Adam Pleskach found the net three times on Friday and recorded his second hat-trick of the season. The 25-year old winger scored twice in the second period and again early in the third period of the Oilers win over the Mallards. Pleskach, who leads all CHL rookies with 19 goals, has five multi-goal games and eight multi-point games this season. The Manitoba native has 30 points in just 24 games and is just three goals shy of Denver's Garrett Bembridge for the league lead in goals scored. Pleskach has been a consistent net-front presence for the Oilers and has scored six of the team's 20 power play goals.

Closing In On Career-Highs: Center Kyle Bochek scored a first period goal on Friday night, dropped the gloves in the second period, and completed the Gordie Howe hat-trick by assisting on Michel Beausoleil's empty net goal in the final minute of the third. Bochek, who extended his point streak to three games with a goal against Missouri on Saturday, has 28 points in 28 games this season and only needs nine points to match his career-high of 37 set last season with the Bloomington Blaze. The fifth -year pro leads the CHL with 105 penalty minutes, just 34 minutes shy of his career-high, and is tied for the Oilers team lead with nine multi-point games this season.

Century Mark: Drew Fisher played in his 100th professional game on Friday against Quad City. The second-year winger, who arrived in Tulsa in 2012 after his senior season at Bemidji State University, has played all 100 games in an Oilers uniform. Fisher has not missed a single game during his time as a pro and ha s put up 60 points (20 goals, 40 assists) in his 101 appearances.

300 Mark: Veteran forward Michel Beausoleil put on an Oilers sweater for the 300th time on Saturday against Missouri. The Montreal native is fourth on the Oilers list of all-time games played and has recorded 243 points (107 goals, 136 assists) during his six seasons in Tulsa. Only Luc Beausoleil (363), Mike Berger (392), and Doug Lawrence (428) have played more games in an Oilers uniform.

Plus Player: Defenseman Craig Cescon is tied for the team lead with a +15 rating and is an a stounding +11 over his last 10 games. Cescon was +3 in Friday's victory over the Mallards a nd has been even or plus in 10 straight contests.

Blue Line Boost: Defenseman Eric Tallent returned to the Oilers lineup on Friday night after missing seven games with a concussion. The fourth-year pro has six points this season (2 goals, 4 assists) and ranks third on the team with a +10 rating.

PK Moving in Right Direction: After spending most of the season ranked last in the league, the Oilers penalty kill unit has shown steady improvement over the last the several weeks by allowing just four power play goals in the last seven games. The Oilers are now eighth in the CHL on the penalty kill with a 79.2-percent success rate.

Shot Stats: The Oilers have outshot their opponent in four of the last five games. Tulsa leads the CHL in total shots (936) and is second in the league in shot percentage (.110).

Oil Drops: Ryan Menei will play in his 400th professional game on Thursday against Allen. In his seven-year pro career, Menei has put up 385 points (148 goals, 237 assists)...Goaltender Shane Madolora has appeared in 10 straight games and has started in net in nine consecutive contests...defenseman Ryan Barlock is on the 7-day IR while forward Matt Kirzinger remains on the 14-day IR
