Johnstown, PA (November 15, 2006) - The Trenton Titans defeated the Johnstown Chiefs by a score of 4-3 at the Cambria County War Memorial.
The Chiefs got on the board first, with Randy Rowe scoring his sixth goal of the year on a wrist shot from the low slot at 4:29 of the first period. Trenton would tie the game at 9:16 of the first, when Troy Riddle blasted home the rebound of a shot by Peter Tormey. Johnstown would retake the lead when Adam Henrich fired a wrist shot past Trenton goaltender Gregg Naumenko off of a pass from Randy Rowe.
Trenton scored at the 5:18 mark of the second period when Bryan Miller took a shot from the point that beat Chiefs goaltender Morgan Cey through traffic.
Trenton took a 3-2 lead at 9:52 of the third period, when Benoit Mondou scored on a wrist shot that beat Cey on the stick side. The Titans would take a 4-2 lead when Mike Pandolfo picked off a loose puck and roofed a shot past Morgan Cey on the breakaway.
The Chiefs would get one back at 18:40 of the third, when Ryan Gibbons scored his first professional goal, following up the rebound of a shot by Randy Rowe.
