Training Camp Schedule Announced

Kamloops, BC - The Kamloops Blazers will open training camp next week with registration for all players on Thursday, August 23rd at 5:00pm in the Parkside Lounge in the Interior Savings Centre. All returning and list players will participate in fitness testing starting at 10:00am at the Tournament Capital Centre on August 23rd.

Ice sessions will begin on Friday, August 24th with Rookie Camp starting at 9:00am at the McArthur Island Sports Centre. Rookie Camp ice sessions on Friday and Saturday will run from 9:00am - 9:15pm.

On Sunday, August 25th the Hockey Club will begin Main Camp with three teams at McArthur Island Sports Centre with ice times running from 9:00am - 1:00pm. The Blazers will move back to Interior Savings Centre on Monday, August 26th for ice sessions from 9:00am - 1:00pm. Training Camp will conclude with the annual Blue vs. White game on Tuesday, August 28th at the Interior Savings Centre starting at 7:00pm. Tickets are $5 for the Blue versus White intra-squad game.

All three exhibition home games will be at the Interior Savings Centre with the first game on Thursday, August 30th when the Blazers host the Victoria Royals.

Training Camp rosters will be released at a later date.
