Toros Host Final Three Home Games Of 2009 Next Week

AUSTIN, Texas Dec. 4 - The Austin Toros will play the final three home games of the year next week at the Austin Convention Center. The Toros will take on the Rio Grande Valley Vipers on Tuesday, December 8 at 11 a.m., the Albuquerque Thunderbirds on Wednesday, December 9 at 7:30 p.m. and the Bakersfield Jam on Friday, December 11 at 7:30 p.m.
December 8 - Head to the arena early to have some fun with the Toros at their annual Schoolhouse Jam. In a game geared toward younger fans and those seeking a non-traditional lunch, the Toros' 11a.m. tip-off offers something for everyone. The first 500 fans will receive a coupon for a free sandwich from Schlotzsky's.
December 9 - Join the Toros as they celebrate Da Bull's birthday! This night is the perfect opportunity for Toros fans to show how much they love and support the best mascot in the game. Mascots from around the city are expected to help Da Bull celebrate his 5th birthday.
December 11 - The Toros will celebrate local Boy Scouts in the community. This is the Toros fifth annual Scout Night, and scouts can earn a badge by attending a basketball clinic starting at 5 p.m. All scouts are invited to join in on the fun!

The Toros will return to the Austin Convention Center on January 19, taking on the Erie BayHawks at 7:30 p.m. in the first home game of 2010.
