ON THE SCORESHEET

- Josh Leivo recorded a goal and two assists, extending his point streak to three games.

- Connor Carrick opened the scoring for the Marlies, his fifth goal of the post season. He continues to lead the AHL post season scoring race with 13 points in eight games.

- Mark Arcobello recorded three assists, his second consecutive multi-point game. Arcobello's eight points tie him for second on the Marlies playoff points leaders.

- Connor Brown scored his fifth goal of the post season, the eventual game winning goal.

- Brendan Leipsic collected his second goal of the post season, scoring in back to back games.

- Nikita Soshnikov scored his fourth goal of the post season, 15:19 into the second period.

- Richard Clune recorded an assist, giving him points in back to back contests.

- Ben Smith recorded his sixth point of the post season, assisting on the Soshnikov tally.

NOTABLES

- The Marlies recorded two goals on the powerplay while going 3/3 on the penalty kill. Toronto has successfully killed off 19 of 20 opportunities while shorthanded on the road this post season. .

- The Toronto Marlies have three players tied for the goal scoring lead (five) this post season; Connor Carrick, T.J. Brennan and Connor Brown.

- The Marlies are 4-0 this post season when leading after the second period and when scoring five or more goals in a game.
