Toronto FC Re-Sign Hall and Wiedeman

Toronto FC announced Friday that the club has re-signed defender Jeremy Hall and forward Andrew Wiedeman. As per team and league policy, terms of the deals were not disclosed.

Hall, 24, made 23 league appearances and scored one goal this season for Toronto FC. His goal was scored on June 20 against the Houston Dynamo, making it the first of his professional career. Hall also made three appearances in the 2012 Amway Canadian Championship and played in all four group stage matches in CONCACAF Champions League. In four seasons, Hall has played in 83 league matches (regular season and playoffs) and has scored one goal. He was acquired in a trade with FC Dallas on November 29, 2011.

Wiedeman, 23, was acquired on July 13 in a trade with FC Dallas. He made 15 league appearances and scored two goals this season for Toronto FC. In addition, he played in all four group stage matches for the club in CONCACAF Champions League. In three seasons, he has made 23 league appearances with two goals.
