Titans Sweep the Weekend with Back to Back Wins

It was a big weekend here in Titan Town as the Titans won back to back home games. On Saturday the Titans took on the Cornwall Nationals of Canada.  Nikolai Okhlobystin recorded two goals in a Gordie Howe hat trick, including the game winning goal, as the Danbury Titans won their second in a row over the Nationals. Nikita Ivandikov stopped 28 of 30 shots as the Titans retook sole possession of fourth place in the Federal Hockey League.  

On Sunday, Matt Graham recorded his first hat trick as a Danbury Titan and Nikita Ivandikov stopped 34 of 36 shots as Danbury rolled to their third straight victory by defeating the Watertown Wolves on a snowy Sunday night at the Danbury Ice Arena. 

The Titans are on the road this weekend, and back in Danbury on Thursday February 23rd.

The Danbury Titans are happy to announce that captain Dean Yakura has been called up to the Adirondack Thunder of the ECHL.

Adirondack will play Tuesday night at home against the Reading Royals before heading down south for two games in Atlanta against the Gladiators and one versus the South Carolina Stingrays.
