WHAT THEY'RE SAYING (courtesy of The Record)

"We've had a few character wins this season, and this was certainly one of them. It was a tough situation, but everyone fought hard to get out of it."

- Goaltender Glenn Fisher on Sunday's 5-2 win against the Bakersfield Condors

"They had plenty of time, and even one goal there changes the game. You shouldn't put yourself into that situation, but we came through."

- Head Coach Chris Cichocki on the Thunder's penalty-kill in Sunday's 5-2 win vs. Bakersfield, who erased a 5-on-3 man-advantage stretch of 4:49.

"He plays every shift like it's his last one. He's got the type of energy that you hope rubs off on the other guys."

- Cichocki on newcomer and rookie left wing Tom Zanoski
