Thunder Claim Drew Fielding Off Waivers

Glens Falls, NY - The Adirondack Thunder, proud ECHL affiliate of the Calgary Flames, have claimed goaltender Drew Fielding on waivers from the Reading Royals.

Fielding, 26, returns to the Thunder for his third stint with the team, after he began the season with the Reading Royals. Fielding compiled a 3-0-0 record with Reading to go along with a .961 save percentage and a 1.19 goals against average. The Burlington, ONT native played 25 games with Adirondack during the 2015-16 season, when he recorded an 11-11-2 record, a .914 save percentage and a 2.68

The Thunder are in action this evening as they host the Manchester Monarchs on Friday evening at the Civic Center.
