Columbus Clippers News Release
The reigning National Champions Columbus Clippers regular home season ends this Friday and Saturday in grand style. The Clippers will play continue the oldest rivalry in Columbus sports as the Toledo Mud Hens come to town. (Columbus and Toledo have been playing each other since 1884.)
The right-field gate opens at 5 PM for HAPPY HOUR in our Right-Field Picnic Plaza. From 5 PM to 7 PM, enjoy $2.00 Domestic Drafts and $3.00 Premium Drafts along with $1 ribs from City Barbeque. Then, beginning at 5:30 PM, enjoy the music of Hickory Wind during Party-at-the-Park, sponsored this evening by Dave and Buster's. Take your chances at the Dave and Buster's prize wheel during Part-at-the-Park until 7 PM.
Season ticket holders are welcome to enjoy the same drink specials in the Tansky Club, behind home plate, from 5 PM to 7 PM. The Home Plate Gate opens at 5 PM.

There are great tickets available for Friday's game... available Box and Reserved Seat tickets are only $6.00. Previous purchases excluded.
HEY, LITTLE LEAGUERS... wear your Team Jersey and get a Reserved Seat ticket for only $3.00. Age 14 & under, seating while supplies last.
All youth (12 and under) bringing an old telephone book of any type will receive a free youth ticket to tonight's game. Rumpke collection bins will be located outside of the Center Field Gate at the corner of Neil Avenue and Nationwide Blvd. AT&T Yellow Pages will have a table in the Left Field Plaza, where fans can register to win Clippers autographed items.
This weekend is your last chance to use your unused pass dated season tickets. Bring your unused tickets to the Box Office and exchange them for General Admission tickets. Already coming to the game' You may pass out your unused tickets to family, neighbors and friends, or to your church or your school... they may exchange them!
The Bucket Boys will be bringing their amazing percussion skills back to Huntington Park, Friday! The group will perform their one-of-kind act on the dugout in-between innings. This is by far my favorite act that performs during the games.
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 3
On Saturday the telephone book recycle deal continues for the kids. Also... bring your OSU football ticket Saturday night and get a dollar off any Clippers ticket for that evening. Available Box and Reserved Seats are just $6.00 for Saturday as well. Previous purchases excluded.
Party-At-The Park starts at 5:30 PM with Swings the Thing Big Band supplying the music. This group is a lot of fun!
We finish the regular season with FIREWORKS after the game on Saturday.
