The Lexington Legends Present the Musical

WHITAKER BANK BALLPARK, Lexington, Ky. The worlds of art and baseball will once again be brought together on September 22, 2017 at 7:30pm at Whitaker Bank Ballpark. The Lexington Legends are presenting a unique on-field concert experience for fans to enjoy--the Musical World of Harry Potter performed by the Lexington Philharmonic.
In a two act, one hour and forty-five-minute performance, the Lexington Philharmonic, led by conductor Scott Terrell, will fill the stadium with the sounds of musical scores and excerpts from the Harry Potter films from a stage located on the field of Whitaker Bank Ballpark.
"The Lexington Legends are thrilled to be partnering with the Lexington Philharmonic on this new and exciting opportunity at Whitaker Bank Ballpark" says Legends President & CEO Andy Shea. "The Legends always strive to bring together art and baseball and this event is the perfect marriage of the two."
Tickets for this all-ages concert go on sale on Friday, May 12, 2017 at lexingtonlegends.com and are available at two price points; Lower Bowl at $25.50 and Upper Bowl at $19.50. Concert go-ers are encouraged to dress up and show their Harry Potter pride for the event as well. For an up close and personal experience, there are special VIP on-field tables with seating for twelve as well as Luxury Suites available by calling Legends Special Projects Manager Anne Mapson at (859)422-7803.
Conductor Scott Terrell added "The Lexington Philharmonic is excited to be working with the Legends for the first time. It promises to be an amazing and unique night of music and an event not to be missed. Come join us at the ballpark for the musical world of HARRY POTTER!"
