The Brockton Rox are excited to welcome a new team of players from colleges around the country. Here are a few highlights of the players joining the Brockton Rox this year:

Coming in from Notre Dame, Freshman Zack Martin is a very exciting player. He was tabbed as the No. 254 overall prospect in Illinois and state's No. 7 right handed pitcher by the Perfect Game. He was also named the 2016 Rawlings Perfect Game Honorable Mention All American and Second Team Central All Region.

Kyle Peterson is a Freshman Outfielder playing for Northeastern University. He is a native Mass player who grew up in Brockton.

Sam Cochrane is a Freshman Outfielder at Eckerd College. He started his baseball career at Belleview High School in Ocala, FL. He was a four year varsity starter while hitting .399 for his career with 117 runs scored and 73 stole bases. Sam is a three time first team all -country selection. He helped lead Belleview to the region semifinals as a senior, hitting .467 with 18 extra-base hits and 31 RBIs.

Daniel Jung is a First Base/Outfielder Freshman at the University of Notre Dame. Out of high school Daniel was the No. 123 prospect out of California and No. 500 in the Nation. He helped his high school to his CIF quarterfinals as a senior, earning first team all-league honors thanks to a .353 average, 27 RBI, five doubles, triple and two home runs.

Joe Silva is a Junior at Concordia University in Chicago. He earned three Varsity letters in baseball in high school as well as being on the MSL All-Star team. Joe played in 46 games with an average of .366 while hitting 31 homeruns and 31 RBI's.
