Hello great IceDogs fans of the Niagara Region. I hope everyone has had a great holiday and is ready for 2017. Please allow me two minutes of your time before we get the second half of the season started. During the Christmas break I had time to reflect on our team's start to the season. There has definitely been some highs and lows in the first 33 games, BUT one thing has remained constant, the outstanding, unwavering support from, YOU, our loyal fans. As the coach I watch these guys on a daily basis and see how hard they work, but when the lights come on and they feel the energy and appreciation from you, it makes it all worthwhile for them and they feed off it. The results have not always been there for us, but you the fans have been regardless of the end results and it hasn't gone unnoticed. THANK YOU!

As we get ready to embark on the second half of the season with this exciting young core I wanted to send fans a message. This is a great group of young men that are committed to getting better every day and becoming a force in this league. They share the same vision as the coaching staff which is to make the playoffs and continue the franchise streak of 10 consecutive postseason berths. I personally want to thank you for cheering and pushing our team along, I look forward to sharing with you some exciting times in the second half.
