On Saturday October 1st at 7:00 pm the IceDogs are very excited to be raising the Memorial Cup Banner in honour of the St. Catharines TEEPEES.
The TEEPEES were a junior hockey team based out of St. Catharines from 1947-1962. The TEEPEES were very dominant finishing first 5 times in the Ontario Hockey Association. The team was also league champions twice. The TEEPEES are also two time Memorial Cup Champions in 1954 and 1960. 54 alumni from the TEEPEES have also gone on to play in the NHL including hall of famers Phil Esposito and Bobby Hull.
The IceDogs are very proud of the history of St. Catharines hockey and would like to celebrate by offering special ticket pricing for the game. All tickets will be sold at a COST OF $10!! All sections will be included in this pricing.
