T-Birds Acquire Tyler Adams from Broncos

KENT - Seattle Thunderbirds general manager Russ Farwell today announced the team has acquired left wing Tyler Adams from the Swift Current Broncos in exchange for right wing MacKenzie Wight.
Adams has one goal and six assists for seven points in 25 games this season with the Broncos. In two seasons with the Broncos Adams has played in 97 games and has seven goals and 13 assists for 20 points. Adams, from Regina, Saskatchewan, is 6'2 and 194 pounds.
Wight appeared in six games with the T-Birds this season and did not register a point.
The T-Birds have back-to-back home games this weekend. They play the Prince George Cougars on Friday at ShoWare Center at 7:35pm. They host the Tri-City Americans at 7:05pm on Satuday at ShoWare Center.
T-Birds single game tickets for the 2016-17 season are currently on sale. Fans can purchase single game tickets online or at the ShoWare Center box office.
