FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. - The Fayetteville SwampDogs are pleased to announce the beginning of an exciting partnership with America's Railroad®, Amtrak. Amtrak will be the exclusive railway of the Fayetteville SwampDogs.
The SwampDogs and Amtrak are both committed to delivering the best possible service in their fields - for the SwampDogs that means family fun and entertainment during games, and for Amtrak it means high-quality, safe, on-time rail passenger service that exceeds customer expectations.
One of the most exciting aspects of the partnership between the SwampDogs and Amtrak is a special promotion during the 2016 season. On MLB Night presented by Amtrak, fans in attendance will enter a raffle for their chance to win free round trip tickets from Fayetteville to Atlanta, Ga. on Amtrak, and tickets to an Atlanta Braves home game. More information on when MLB Night presented by Amtrak will be held will be released along with the SwampDogs promotional schedule.

"When fans come from out of town to enjoy all of the affordable family fun at a SwampDogs game, they can do so in style and comfort by riding in on one of Amtrak's beautiful, state-of-the-art trains."
It will be easy for SwampDogs fans wishing to experience the luxury and convenience of rail travel with Amtrak to book their next trip, as all they will have to do is go to the online home of the SwampDogs, www.goswampdogs.com, and click on the Amtrak logo on the home page.
The Amtrak station in Fayetteville is located downtown at 427 Hay Street, and services the Silver Meteor, Silver Star and Palmetto lines. The Silver Meteor and Silver Star connect New York City to Miami, Fla., while the Palmetto runs from New York City to Savannah, Ga. Both routes feature several exciting stops along the way so you can explore some of the best cities on the east coast, including of course Fayetteville.
