The Summerside STORM visit Halifax tonight for a game at the Metro Centre against the Rainmen with a Tip-Off set for 7 o'clock.

The STORM are coming off an impressive win over Halifax last Sunday and no doubt the Rainmen will be looking for a measure of revenge after losing by over 20 last weekend.

The STORM lead the competitive Atlantic Division with an 8-7 record while Halifax is right behind at 7-7 tied with Saint John. Moncton is in the mix at 8-9.

Meanwhile, the STORM in partnership and support from the City of Summerside have launched "STORM PLAYDAY 2012" from 1 to 4 pm on Thursday, December 27th.STORM PLAYDAY 2012 is free and open to all Island youth, parents, grandparents, friends and visitors. PLAYDAY 2012 will feature all STORM coaches and players. A fun affordable afternoon is being planned for all. Season Ticket Holders "Meet and Greet" and New Year's Eve Parking

The STORM will be holding a "Meet and Greet" for Season Ticket Holders prior to our game on Friday December 28th at Courtside beginning at 515pm. You are invited to come and to meet your favourite STORM Players, Coaches and Owners, take a dressing room tour and enjoy some pizza and refreshments. Parking will be in parking lot B, located next to MacAusland's, access will be on MacLeod Street, off of Greenwood Drive. Season Ticket holders will need to show their tickets to the volunteers to gain access.
