STORM CHASERS SERIES HIGHLIGHTS: September 2-5 Fan Appreciation Weekend highlighted by two fireworks shows as season concludes

PAPILLION - The Storm Chasers are set to complete their 2016 regular season at Werner Park with a four-game series versus the Oklahoma City Dodgers beginning this evening. The series is highlighted by Fan Appreciation Weekend, with two post-game fireworks spectaculars on tap, as well as thousands of giveaways, including the Night of 1,000 Giveaways on Sunday, September 4. In addition, the first 250 fans each day will receive a coupon ranging from 35% to 15% OFF from the Storm Front Team Store. John Deere Monster Treads Lighting Wheels by Tomy Toys will also be given away each night game as part of Fan Appreciation weekend. Gates will open one hour prior to each day's contest, and the 14 Millionth Fan in Franchise History is also anticipated to walk through the gates and receive a Prize Pack valued at over one thousand dollars.

HY-VEE FRIDAY FIREWORKS with MYSTERY AUTOGRAPHED BASEBALL FUNDRAISER and RALLY TOWEL GIVEAWAY with BLUE OUT - Friday, September 2 at 7:05 p.m. Fan Appreciation Weekend kicks off with a blast on the final Hy-Vee Friday Fireworks night of the season, with the Werner Park skies igniting with a post-game fireworks extravaganza. The first 1,000 fans through the gates will also receive a Blue #StirUpTheStorm Rally Towel, for the final Blue Out of the 2016 campaign, with all fans encouraged to wear blue. The Storm Chasers will also host a Mystery Autographed Baseball Fundraiser, with signed baseballs available for $30 each, or two for $50, with all the proceeds benefitting Chasers Charities. The identities, which range from any current or former Storm Chasers, Kansas City Royals, MLB, or MiLB team, will not be revealed until fans open their purchased bag. NEBRASKA SPINE & PAIN CENTER 2016 TEAM PHOTO GIVEAWAY with OMAHA STREET PERCUSSION PERFORMANCES - Saturday, September 3 at 2:05 p.m. The first 1,500 fans through the gates will collect the 2016 Storm Chasers Team Photo presented by Nebraska Spine & Pain Center. The Omaha Street Percussion will also be performing between-innings and outside the Werner Park gates before and after that day's game. Gates open at 1:00 p.m. CT on Saturday afternoon. NEBRASKA ORGAN RECOVERY GAME-WORN JERSEY AUCTION on NIGHT OF 1,000 GIVEAWAYS and U.S. BANK FAMILY FUNDAY with POST-GAME FIREWORKS EXTRAVAGANZA - Sunday, August 31 at 7:05 p.m. Storm Chasers players and coaches will be wearing special Baseball Jerseys that will be auctioned off during the game to benefit Nebraska Organ Recovery. Fans with the winning bid will be able to go on the field following the contest to receive their jersey off the back of that player. The last Post-Game Fireworks Extravaganza of the 2016 season will follow the contest as well. It's also the final U.S. Bank Family FUNday of the season, which will include clowns, balloon artists and Hardee's Kids Run The Bases. Upon exit, fans will receive special commemorative souvenirs as part of the Night of 1,000 Giveaways, along with other apparel, collectibles, special offers and more from the 2016 Storm Chasers season. The 2016 Storm Chasers Year-End Awards will also be presented prior to the game which will also feature giveaways of the John Deere Monster Treads Lighting Wheels by Tomy Toys. FIVE DOLLAR DAYS - Monday, September 5 at 12:05 p.m. The Storm Chasers conclude the 2016 season with a Labor Day matinee, which is also the last Five Dollar Days of the year.
