Sioux Falls Storm News Release

Sioux Falls, SD - The Sioux Falls Storm have added two linebackers to their 2017 roster with the signings of Shawn Loiseau and Ricky Wyatt.

Loiseau (6'1, 240) joins the Indoor Football League as a rookie for the 2017 season. Shawn has spent time with the Houston Texans and the Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League (NFL), before playing indoor football. After his stint in the NFL, he joined the Los Angeles Kiss of the Arena Football League (AFL). Shawn played collegiately at Merrimack College where he forced three fumbles and had five quarterback hurries during his senior season. He ranked second nationally and set a school record with 133 tackles, which tops in the Northeast-10 Conference (NE-10). Shawn was NE-10 Defensive Player of the Year and a First Team All-Conference honoree.

Wyatt (6'0, 230) played at the University of Central Arkansas where he appeared in six games accumulating five tackles, including four solos. This year will be Ricky's rookie season in the Indoor Football League.

"We are excited to add these two guys to an already strong position here in Sioux Falls," said Storm General Manager Tyler Pederson. "They will definitely make an impact on and off the field."
