The Week That Was: The Stingrays played two games last week, traveling to Gwinnett to face the Gladiators on Friday and coming back home against the Florida Everblades on Saturday. The Stingrays finished the week 0-2-0.

On Friday, the team was plagued by power play goals as the Gladiators converted on three of their six chances to ultimately win the game 4-1. The Stingrays had an unassisted goal from Travis Morin.

Saturday's game also saw three power play goals from the opposing team as Florida converted on three of seven chances. Tim Judy and Cail MacLean scored the Stingrays two goals in the 4-2 loss.

ECHL League Leaders: Grant McNeill leads the league in minor penalties with 21 in 13 games. His 52 penalty minutes is third among defensemen and his short-handed goal ranks him first among defensemen.

Despite still being out of the line-up with a broken tibia, Nate Kiser leads the league with his 1.000 shooting percentage from his goal in Augusta.

Travis Morin leads the league with his two short-handed goals and is third with his plus-10 rating.

Davis Parley has entered the top-20 goalies with his 2.50 goals-against average.

Josh Johnson also leads among goalies in shoot-off percentage, stopping 83.3% of the shots.

Among rookies, the Stingrays have three of the top-20 point scorers. Paul McIlveen and Travis Morin each have 15 points and Pierre-Luc O'Brien has 12 points.

Morin leads all rookie with his nine goals and two short-handed goals. He is also fifth with 45 shots.

McIlveen and O'Brien continue to lead the rookies in assists, each with eleven.

Andrew Gordon has a shooting percentage of .429 scoring on three of his seven shots on goal in the four games he's played with the Stingrays. This ranks him 3rd among rookies.

Patrick McNeill, currently in Hershey, is seventh among defenseman for points (10).

The Stingrays are 4th in the South Division, behind the Texas Wildcatters, Gwinnett Gladiators and Florida Everblades.

The Rays are ranked 7th in the American conference. Team ahead of them include Texas, Gwinnett, Florida, in addition to the Cincinnati Cyclones, Elmira Jackals, and Reading Royals.

The Stingrays are 9th in the power play, converting 19.4% of the time, and 18th in the penalty kill, successful 79.4% of the time.
