Stingrays Players and Staff Visit Pattison's Academy Tomorrow

North Charleston, S.C. - South Carolina Stingrays players and staff visit and play floor hockey with the students and teachers of Pattison's Academy for Comprehensive Education (PACE) Charter School tomorrow, Thursday, March 13 from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. in West Ashley.

Pattison's Academy serves children with severe and multiple disabilities and exposes them to community inclusive rehabilitative programs and therapies integrated with an educational environment. Throughout the season, Stingrays players and staff make multiple visits to the campus. Click here to view photos from previous visits.

For the second straight year, team president Rob Concannon represented Pattison's Academy at the Charleston Area Regional Transport Authority (CARTA) Celebrity Bus Rodeo at the Citadel Mall last January. Last year, Concannon finished in third place, winning $500 for the Academy.

Tomorrow evening, the Catch the Leprechaun 5K Run/Walk kicks off at Mount Pleasant Memorial Waterfront Park with all proceeds benefiting Pattison's Academy. For more information, visit CatchTheLeprechaun5k.com .
