Stevens Commits to Michigan State

The Green Bay Gamblers of the United States Hockey League (USHL) are pleased to announce that forward Brody Stevens has committed to Michigan State University of the Big Ten Conference.
Stevens came to the Gamblers via trade from the Madison Capitols prior to this season. In total, Stevens has produced 76 points (36 goals, 40 assists) and 275 penalty minutes in 151 career USHL games. In 35 games this season, the Ann Arbor, Michigan native has posted 17 points (9 goals, 8 assists) with 105 penalty minutes.
Stevens becomes the 16th Gambler on the 2016-2017 squad to commit to a NCAA Division I institution. Others include forwards Chris Grando (Boston College) John Leonard (UMass), Jared Spooner (Minnesota State), Robert Herrman (Arizona State) Jason Dhooghe (Wisconsin), Dante Palecco (Yale) Matt Jennings (Dartmouth), Brock Caufield (Ohio State), Trenton Bliss (Wisconsin), Josh Kosack (Union), Nolan Moyle (Michigan State) and defensemen Connor Mackey (Minnesota State), Michael Bevilacqua (Canisius College), Alexis Binner (Maine), Rourke Russell (Miami).
