SEATTLE, WASH. - As Sounders FC completes its final home training session of the 2017 season at Starfire Sports in Tukwila, Washington, the club, Starfire Sports and the City of Tukwila announce that they have once again joined together to invite fans to a championship sendoff for their MLS Cup-bound team.

The club traveled to Toronto on Wednesday afternoon to finish its preparation for the 2017 MLS Cup, which provides an extraordinary opportunity to bring back-to-back championships to Seattle. Recognizing the important role that its fans play in the club's success, and honoring the fact that the team is defending a Cup that belongs to the entire community, Sounders FC encourages its fans to attend this final day of training and send the team off with well wishes. As the proud home of the club's training facility, Starfire Sports and the City of Tukwila have helped organize this sendoff event.

MEDIA NOTE: Wednesday's previously scheduled training session and media availability times have changed. The team's training session now begins at 9:30 a.m. PT, with media availability at approximately 10:45 a.m. PT. Sounders FC Head Coach Brian Schmetzer and forward Clint Dempsey are scheduled to speak to accredited press on Wednesday. Further personnel requests can be made through Sounders FC Communications. Additionally, the media parking area shifted for Wednesday, with spaces available in the lots adjacent to Sounders FC's locker room and the Starfire Sports athletic center.
