Senators Recall Forward Jean-Gabriel Pageau from Binghamton (AHL)

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - April 10, 2013) - The Ottawa Senators today recalled forward Jean-Gabriel Pageau from the club's American Hockey League affiliate, the Binghamton Senators . The recall is his first to the National Hockey League.

In his first professional season, Pageau has recorded seven goals and 22 assists for 29 points in 69 games with the B-Sens. He has added 33 penalty minutes and while earning a plus-eight rating.

An Ottawa native, the 20-year-old Pageau was the Senators' fourth-round selection (96th overall) in the 2011 NHL Entry Draft.

Prior to turning professional, Pageau recorded 175 points (80 goals, 95 assists) and 67 penalty minutes in 175 career Quebec Major Junior Hockey League contests with the Gatineau Olympiques and Chicoutimi Sagueneens.
