The SeaWolves are a season-high seven games over .500 as they take the field tonight in the final game of a four-get set against the Trenton Thunder (New York Yankees). The SeaWolves have won two straight and are looking to win the series against Trenton. Last night's victory gave the ‘Wolves at least a series tie with Trenton, meaning that Erie has still only lost one series at home which was against New Hampshire (June 8-10) en route to the best home record in the Southern Division...The ‘Wolves are at the 40-win mark in 2007. Last season, the 'Wolves did not win their 40th game until July 17 in game two of a doubleheader against Bowie. Erie's record at the time was 40-53...Rightie Andrew Kown takes the mound making his second start of the homestand for the ‘Wolves. Kown took a loss in his last outing in game one of Wednesday's doubleheader against Altoona. He went six innings allowing four runs, three earned, on five hits...RHP Alan Horne takes the mound toni ght for Trenton. Horne is second in the league with 92 strikeouts. Only Portland's Clay Buchholz with 100 has more. Horne is coming off of back-to-back wins, the most recent against Akron. In that game, Horne went six innings allowing a run on five hits. He walked one and struck out four. It's his 15th start of the season for the Thunder.

- The SeaWolves are 26-13 at home. Erie's home record is tops in the Southern Division.

- The 'Wolves are 26-26 in night games (14-7 in day games).

- Erie is 14-9 in June.

- The 'Wolves are 14-10 against the Northern Division.

- Erie is third in the league in team pitching with a 3.69 team ERA. Trenton has a league best 2.61 ERA. Trenton is the only team in the EL with an ERA under 3.00.

- The 'Wolves have allowed the fewest walks by any team in the league (193). Erie is the only team in the league to allow fewer than 200 free passes.

- Erie is 10th in the league in batting with a .249 average. Trenton is eighth batting .252

- Jackson Melian is seventh in the league with a .317 batting average. Melian had a 15-game hitting streak snapped last night.

- Andres Torres leads all of minor league baseball with 10 triples.

- Erie is tied for the league lead with 73 double plays turned.

- Mike Hollimon is second in the league with 54 runs scored. Clete Thomas is tied for third with 49.
